The four axes

• Hours coverage (35% — the heaviest weight on this door). How much of the week a caller gets a real response — with the baseline set honestly low for hands-on work, because procedure hours are unreachable hours unless something covers them.
• Callback speed (25%). When a call is missed mid-day, how long until that person gets a callback or text — minutes, hours, or "when I remember."
• Follow-up persistence (25%). How many times a missed caller who doesn't answer your callback hears from you. One attempt is a coin flip against their busy afternoon.
• Channel coverage (15%). Whether the ways patients reach you — phone, form, text, booking — are all watched, against what's expected for your practice type.

Self-reported first, measured second

The free score is what you tell us, labeled as that. The $500 discovery measures what actually happens: over five business days we place timed test calls against your real line — during procedure blocks, at lunch, after hours, per your written permission — and log what comes back and when, timestamped at the source. You get the measured report beside the self-reported one; the gap between them is usually the most useful page.

What we don't do

• We never touch patient data or clinical anything. Test calls are ordinary new-patient inquiries from personas we control; the audit is of your intake, not your patients.
• No probes on channels or hours you exclude. Permission is written and explicit.
• No padded findings. "Your coverage is strong" is a deliverable we're glad to hand you, in writing.
